We are a hands-on building team based in Peterborough, carrying out domestic projects across the city and surrounding Cambridgeshire area. Extensions, loft conversions, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, garage conversions, garden rooms — we handle the full spectrum of residential building work and manage every project personally from first conversation to final handover.

Our team is deliberately small. We do not take on more work than we can manage properly, and we do not subcontract to people we have not worked with before. When something genuinely unexpected appears during the build — a rotted joist behind plasterboard, pipework routed where nobody expected it — we show you, explain the options, and agree the additional cost in writing before touching it.

Managing a building project yourself — coordinating the bricklayer, chasing the electrician, booking the plumber, arranging the plasterer, and hoping they all turn up in the right order — is a second job nobody signed up for. We remove that burden entirely. You speak to one person throughout your project. That person manages the programme, coordinates every trade, handles material deliveries, arranges inspections, and keeps you informed at every stage. Handing over a completed project is not the end of our involvement. We walk through every room with you, address any snagging items on the spot, and make sure you are completely satisfied before we consider the job done. If something is not right, we fix it — not because we are contractually obliged to but because delivering work we are proud of is the standard we hold ourselves to. We provide all relevant documentation on completion — building control certificates, electrical certificates, gas certificates where applicable, and warranties on materials. Your project is properly documented for your records, your insurance, and future property transactions.
