Handing over a completed project is not the end of our involvement. We walk through every room with you, address any snagging items on the spot, and make sure you are completely satisfied before we consider the job done. If something is not right, we fix it — not because we are contractually obliged to but because delivering work we are proud of is the standard we hold ourselves to. We provide all relevant documentation on completion — building control certificates, electrical certificates, gas certificates where applicable, and warranties on materials. Your project is properly documented for your records, your insurance, and future property transactions.
